MGM Resorts International has launched an exciting new project on the Las Vegas Strip. Plans include new Stripside experiences at the New York-New York and Monte Carlo resorts and a public park leading to the new 20,000-seat arena. A plaza featuring casual bars, eateries and retail will connect the two resorts as well as the arena. Between the two properties there will be a park environment with dining pavilions and performance spaces.

Phase 1 has been completed, which includes 125,000 sqft of pavers provided by Classic Stone. The total project paving area is estimated at 500,000 sqft. We are beyond thrilled to be a part of the supply team for this prestigious project in the heart of Las Vegas!
