Chelsea | New York

The Twenty1

Developed by The Amirian Group, The Twenty1 is a 12-story luxury condominium development in New York’s vibrant Chelsea neighborhood. Located at 117 West 21st Street, the newly constructed building is comprised of nine boutique residences.

The interiors, designed by GRADE New York, are elegant and modern, with open floor plans, premium fixtures, and high-end materials. The stonework flows effortlessly throughout the space in a stylish, neutral color palette. Taj Mahal Brazilian quartzite was used for the kitchen and pantry countertops in a sleek, high-honed finish. The master bathrooms are elegant and bold with vein-cut Silver travertine walls paired with Shadow marble flooring and vanity tops. A Turkish beige marble was used in the secondary bathrooms, while the powder rooms feature an exotic Silver onyx. Classic Stone is also supplying limestone and marble for the lobby, corridors, and entryways.

The logistics of the stone supply process was complicated, with eight different stones sourced from four different countries. In addition to stone sampling, sourcing, and delivery, our team is also providing installation services for the kitchen and pantry countertops.

The model unit was unveiled in the fall of 2017, while the remaining residences and common areas are in the final phases of construction.
