10 Sullivan: “The New Beacon of Soho” is Complete

10 Sullivan, coined “The New Beacon of Soho”, was completed in the spring of 2016. This modern and elegant 16-story condominium project now stands as the neighborhood’s tallest residential building. The flatiron-shaped tower features two penthouses, condominiums and adjoining townhouses.

White dolomite tiles and mosaics are featured in the master bathrooms, giving the space a soft, tranquil look and feel. We mixed it up in the secondary bathrooms and powder rooms using Silver Wave and Pietra Serena marbles. Calacatta marble, with its dramatic gold and gray veining, was selected for the kitchen countertops and backsplash, complementing the kitchen cabinets and appliances perfectly. Classic Stone provided supply and installation services for all 20 residences at 10 Sullivan.
