Classic Stone, LLC (Classic Stone) announces the completion of 199 Chrystie, a luxury residential development consisting of 14 interlocking villas in Lower Manhattan.

Developed by Ranger Properties and KD Sagamore Capital, the project is a ground-up development featuring upscale, full-floor residences overlooking Roosevelt Park. The interiors are designed by renowned Danish architect, Thomas Juul-Hansen based in New York City. The units, ranging from oversized one bedrooms to expansive six bedroom penthouses, are contemporary and timeless using lots of natural and sustainable material.

All of the natural stone at 199 Chrystie was sourced, supplied and installed by Classic Stone. The scope of work for the residences included the kitchens, primary bathrooms, secondary bathrooms, powder rooms and floor-to-ceiling fireplaces in the penthouse units. The materials consist of a curated collection of marble and quartzite sourced primarily from Brazil, Turkey and Greece.

In addition to these spaces, Classic Stone also provided furnish and install services for the lobby, cellar floor and laundry rooms. All final material adjustments were completed at Classic Stone’s local fabrication shop.

A majority of the units at 199 Chrystie have been sold with move-ins underway.
