212 Fifth Avenue: Luxury Residence Underway

In early 2016, Classic Stone was awarded a $3.7M contract for the supply and installation of stonework at 212 Fifth Avenue. The ornate, century-old building in the Flatiron district is being converted into 48 luxury residences. The contemporary design features a mix of marble, limestone and granite. Expect to see natural stone tiles, custom mosaics and countertops in the kitchen, bathrooms and lobby area. Classic Stone worked closely with developer, Madison Equities, and interior architect, Pembrooke & Ives during the selection and specification of materials. Construction is currently underway and completion is expected in early 2017.
