Classic Stone, LLC (Classic Stone) announces a stone contract award for the model guest room at the new Four Seasons in Cayo Largo, Puerto Rico.

Developed by DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, the luxury resort will have 136 villa-style guest rooms along with an 18-hole golf course, world class spa, ample meeting and event space, and a variety of restaurants.

Classic Stone is supplying the flooring, wall tiles, and vanity top for the bathroom mock-up. As with all of their locations, the resort style is both elegant and enchanting with gorgeous designs and plush amenities.

The model guest room is slated for completion later this month, with adjustments and final approvals to follow. Future negotiations for the entire stone package are expected in early 2020 and will include approximately 25,000 sqft of tile and a large quantity of slabs for vanity and countertop applications.
