Classic Stone LLC (Classic Stone) has landed a new stone contract for a multimillion-dollar renovation project at the Conrad Miami in the bustling Brickell neighborhood overlooking Biscayne Bay.

The hotel will remain open with a phased approach to renovate and update the lobby, guest rooms, and public spaces. A contemporary space with minimalist design elements will be paired with their signature style.

Classic Stone worked closely with New York-based Champalimaud Design, interior designer for the project, during the stone sampling and selection process. Marble slabs sourced from Turkey and Greece will be used for vanity and countertop applications in the newly renovated guest bathrooms and upgraded public spaces.

Construction is underway at the luxury hotel with a completion date slated for spring 2020.
