Classic Stone Expands East Coast Sales & Operations
In response to ever-growing business, Classic Stone has recently bolstered its sales and operations in the New York metro area. Along with an office in Lower Manhattan, demands in the market will now be met with a new warehouse and fabrication shop in close proximity to the City. “We are thrilled that our continued growth in the New York market has allowed us to further enhance our client direct ‘quarry-to-project’ approach,“ says Chief Commercial Officer, Kenan Borekci. “Our clients appreciate our streamlined process and our ability to provide operational ingenuity from spec planning and stone sourcing, to product fabrication and local installation.”
Along with infrastructure, their client base and project list continues to grow. Upon entering the market in 2010, Classic Stone collaborated with some of the City’s top interior designers on a number of posh residential developments. Their first large-scale commercial project was the trendy 300 E. 64th Street condominiums, where natural stone and installation services were provided for over 100 residences. Other noteworthy projects include The Dylan on Fifth, The Heritage Building @ Silver Spring, The Darcy, 220 Madison Avenue, 11 Howard and 10 Sullivan.
“2017 is going to be another busy year for us here in New York,” says Borekci. “With the continued surge in construction, it’s an exciting market for Classic Stone.” Upcoming projects include 212 Fifth Avenue, which is currently under construction and features 48 luxury residences. 25 Beacon, situated on the prestigious Beacon Hill in Boston, boasts six exclusive homes and is also slated for 2017.
Classic Stone’s new office space is located at 111 John Street near Fulton Street and the financial district. To learn more about their service-based approach and other completed projects around the globe, visit their website at classicstoneadb.com.
