Conrad Contract Awarded In Nashville
The much-anticipated Conrad Nashville hotel is set to open its doors later this year and Classic Stone LLC (Classic Stone) is thrilled to announce their recent contract win to source and supply natural stone for the hotel and residences.
Conrad Nashville will anchor one of the two towers at Broadwest, a new urban, mixed-use community combining the luxurious hotel with high-end condominiums, office space, and retail space. Developed by Propst Development and Chartwell Hospitality, the hotel features 237 guest rooms on the first 14 floors of the building, while the posh Broadwest Residences will occupy the remaining 20 floors with 196 units.
Champalimaud Design, specialists in luxury hospitality design, is the interior designer for the project. A trendy white and gray scheme will be featured in the bathrooms using marble and dolomite sourced from Turkey and Greece. The scope of work includes the flooring and shower niche in the bathrooms and the flooring in both of the lobbies. The lobby areas present a unique set of materials with custom patterns and a similar color palette consisting of beige, gray, white and black.
“We are delighted to continue working with Conrad Hotels & Resorts on this beautiful new property,” remarks Doruk Borekci, CEO, Classic Stone. “We worked with Champalimaud Design last year on the Conrad Miami hotel and are familiar with the expectations and standards of this global luxury brand. As with all of their properties, you can expect a sleek design paired with high-end materials and finishes,” Borekci adds.
The mock-up unit was approved in December and production is well underway with installation slated for the coming months. Additional stone contracts are in the works and may include other common areas along with food and beverage outlets.
