Classic Stone LLC (Classic Stone) has recently been awarded the marble supply contract for the much-anticipated Eataly Las Vegas, a collaboration with MGM Resorts International and Sydell Group.

The popular Italian marketplace and restaurant complex is situated on the south-side of the new Park MGM, formerly Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, and adjacent to The Park and new T-Mobile Arena. Eataly marks the culmination of the massive renovation and rebrand project to revitalize the west side of Las Vegas Boulevard.

A portion of the new complex will feature mosaic cobbles supplied by Classic Stone. The design concept is inspired by earth tone color palettes of the American Southwest and will feature three different marbles sourced from Turkey. “For continuity, Eataly will tie in some of the unique paving patterns and colors we supplied previously for The Park project,” remarks Doruk Borekci, CEO of Classic Stone. “This entire transformation has been incredible to watch over the years and we cannot wait to see it all come together.”

Production for the marble cobbles is underway with a grand opening slated for early 2019.
