Classic Stone LLC (Classic Stone) announces their first project win in Australia. The global natural stone company was recently awarded an exterior stone contract at the new Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour in the heart of the CBD.

Currently in the final stages of construction, the 25-story mixed-use development boasts 152 guest rooms and 95 luxury residences. With breathtaking views of Darling Harbour and Barangaroo, the hotel features a cafe, two restaurants, fitness center, and rooftop oasis.

The creative bi-level design of the rooftop space features two luxurious infinity pools and a spacious sundeck. The weir walls, where the water cascades over the edge, are slightly curved and will be finished with granite copings sourced and supplied by Classic Stone.

Production is underway with on-site delivery slated in the coming weeks.

The property is set to welcome its first guests in May. The hotel is the first in the Pacific to feature the “Future of Crowne Plaza” design, unveiled by IGH last year.
