Following completion and approval of the model unit in 2019, Classic Stone, LLC (Classic Stone) was recently awarded the full stone contract for 136 guest bathrooms at the new Four Seasons Cayo Largo located on the northeast coast of Puerto Rico.

Developed by DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, the luxury resort is comprised of 610 acres of beachfront property with villa-style guest rooms, an 18-hole golf course, world class spa, ample meeting and event space and a variety of restaurants.

As with all of their locations, the resort style is both refined and enchanting with sleek designs and plush amenities. The guest bathrooms will feature White Wood Stone marble – a unique stone with linear veins that form a beautiful wavy pattern with a wood grain look. The stone will be used for flooring, wall tiles and vanity tops, creating a clean and cohesive space.

Production is underway, following strict quality guidelines, to ensure the expectations and standards of the Four Seasons brand are being met at all times. Delivery is slated for late summer.

The resort is set to open in late 2020 and Cayo Largo will mark the Four Seasons’ fourth Caribbean resort.
