The incredible transformation of the Monte Carlo Resort in Las Vegas is nearly complete and features two hotel properties – the luxury Park MGM, and the posh NoMad Las Vegas. The Park MGM is occupying a majority of the resort and both hotels will have separate entrances and amenities for their guests.

The massive transformation was quite challenging, as the construction team was tasked with renovating nearly 3,000 guest rooms, and all public spaces, while the hotel remained open and operational. The interiors are elegant and refined, with a trendy, innovative edge. Italian marble was sourced and supplied for the interior flooring, with a creative geometric pattern flowing throughout the lobby of Park MGM. The same material, with a more simplistic design, is continued throughout the hotel corridors and meeting rooms. In addition to the interior stone, Classic Stone also supplied marble and granite pavers for the hotel entrances.

MGM Resorts International partnered with Sydell Group on this $450 million renovation and rebrand. The renovation for Park MGM is complete while the NoMad Las Vegas is scheduled to open sometime this year.
