Located at the pinnacle of Beacon Hill, 25 Beacon is situated in the very heart of Boston with arguably the best views in the city. Across from Boston Commons and adjacent to the Massachusetts State House, this historical building boasts six exclusive homes with the finest, most luxurious finishes and fixtures.
In 2015, Classic Stone began working on 25 Beacon to assist Reza Nouranian Design with stone guidance and sampling during the design and specification of materials for the project. Reza is known for integrating classic and design-forward elements paired with an innovative use of materials – 25 Beacon is no exception.
You will find an elegant selection of natural stone in the lobby, master bathrooms, secondary bathrooms, and powder rooms. A trending color palette of beige, gray and white dominate the scene. The stonework includes a mix of limestone and marble flooring tiles, mosaics, vanities, fireplaces, and carved wall stone. The custom marble mosaics, located in the master bathrooms, required special templates and dry laying prior to packaging due to the design complexity. A combination of limestone and marble is being used for the custom fireplaces in the living room and family room spaces. Carved limestone, in our exclusive Chesterfield pattern, adorn the walls in each of the powder rooms.
The project was completed in 2017.
