The Dylan is a new high-end residential building in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Besides their luxurious apartments, residents can enjoy a neighborhood that is filled with some of the city’s most famous shops and restaurants.
Classic Stone supplied both exterior and interior stone for the project. Limra limestone cladding can be found at the entrance of the building paired with Basalt stone at the base of the tower for a gorgeous contrast. The design flows seamlessly into the lobby and reception area with the continuation of Limra for the walls and reception desk surround. White dolomite was used for the lobby and mailroom flooring giving the space a modern feel that is light and airy.
The tower rises over thirty stories and offers spacious designs with floor-to-ceiling windows boasting great views of the city with many of the homes having spectacular views of the Empire State Building. The Dylan welcomed its first residents in 2013.
