Eataly has finally arrived in Las Vegas, occupying 40,000 square feet at the front of Park MGM. The Italian marketplace and restaurant complex is situated on the south-side of the hotel, adjacent to The Park and T-Mobile Arena.
The space features two restaurants, a café, three bars, and a handful of take-away counters. The interiors boast vibrant colors and an abundance of natural light with an open-air market feel.
Marble and granite mosaic cobbles seamlessly flow from the exterior frontage zone to the inside marketplace. The design features a spectrum of earth tone colors that complement the desert backdrop. For continuity, the design features similar patterns and colors used throughout The Park and Las Vegas Boulevard revitalization projects.
Eataly marks the culmination of MGM Resorts’ massive redevelopment and rebrand project to revitalize the west side of Las Vegas Boulevard over the past six years.
