The Rayyan Plaza Hotel & Offices complex in Doha, Qatar is now complete. The dual tower development is a mix of commercial and residential space with a five-star hotel, restaurants and serviced apartments in one tower, while office and meeting space occupy the second tower. At fifty stories each, the new towers play a significant role in the growing West Bay skyline.
The interiors are modern with trending color palettes and intriguing décor. The stonework is a mix of marble and granite with a generally cool color scheme consisting of white, gray, and black hues. Classic Stone sourced and supplied over 60,000 sqft of natural stone throughout the two towers. The stones were used for various applications, including flooring, wall cladding, columns, buffet counters, kitchen countertops, and bathroom vanities. With fourteen different stones sourced from multiple countries, the project was logistically challenging and required a lot of coordination between the site office and our supply chain team.
A portion of the development is now open with the remaining areas scheduled throughout 2019.
