The Heritage at Silver Spring is located in downtown Silver Spring, with easy access to downtown DC. The nine-story residential complex features one-bedroom, two-bedroom and townhome living spaces. Residents can enjoy first class amenities that include a resort style pool, 24-hour fitness center, cyber café, business center and a billiard room.
The modern interiors were designed by Reza Nouranian Design. The lobby is warm and inviting featuring Light Emperador marble bordered with Light Beige marble for a nice contrast. The custom reception desk was uniquely designed using Light Emperador marble as well.
The grand opening took place in late October, 2013.
