The much-anticipated Presidio Tunnel Tops opens this weekend, July 17!

The new $118 million park sits on top of the Presidio Parkway tunnel, creating a bridge over the highway that will reconnect the Presidio neighborhood with the city’s waterfront for the first time in over 100 years.

Designed by James Corner Field Operations, the 14-acre national park site will have plenty of trails, overlooks, and lots of green space to gather and picnic all while taking in the incredible Golden Gate views.

Classic Stone worked with Field Operations during the material selection and specification phase of the project. Multiple stone samples were provided and considered for paving applications. African gold granite was sourced and supplied in a flamed finish and used along the Cliff Walk and throughout the winding pathways.
