Classic Stone sponsored the REDinNYC networking event last Wednesday, May 15, in New York City. The event was held at Elsie Rooftop in Midtown and attracted over 400 professionals in real estate, architecture, design, and construction.

The guest speaker for the evening was Joyen Vakil, SVP of Design & Development for MGM Resorts International (MGM). Joyen was interviewed by Doruk Borekci, CEO of Classic Stone and Borekci Real Estate, to discuss MGM’s massive redevelopment and rebrand project in Las Vegas over the past six years.

During the interview, Joyen shared insight into the reasoning and strategy behind this investment and explained what the various phases of the project entailed. “We are thrilled Joyen was able to join us in New York for the REDinNYC event,” states Borekci. “It was great to share the floor with him and have the opportunity to talk about this phenomenal project and our wonderful partnership with MGM.”
