In 2016, The Amirian Group announced plans for a new luxury condominium project located in New York’s vibrant Chelsea neighborhood. The Twenty1, currently under construction, is a new 12-story building which will house nine boutique residences. The interiors, designed by GRADE New York, are elegant and modern, with open floor plans and premium materials throughout. Classic Stone collaborated closely with GRADE, providing stone selection and sampling along with specification guidance.

The stonework consists of six different stones sourced from five different countries. The selected materials flow effortlessly through the space in a stylish color palette of gray, beige, and white. The kitchens feature Brazilian quartzite in a sleek, high-honed finish, while the master bathrooms, secondary bathrooms, and powder rooms showcase a unique combination of marble, travertine, onyx, and limestone. Classic Stone is also providing limestone flooring in the condominium’s lobby, and an elegant limestone-and-marble pairing in the hallways and entryways.

Production is underway, with stone delivery expected to begin in June. Project completion is estimated for late 2017.
