After nearly five years of construction, the Twin Towers project is nearing completion. At fifty stories each, the dual towers play a significant role in the growing West Bay skyline. The development is a combination of commercial and residential space with a five-star hotel and serviced apartments in one tower, and offices and meetings facilities in the second tower. Between the two properties, you will also find six themed restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

The interiors are contemporary with trending color palettes and intriguing décor. The specification incorporated a mix of marble and granite with a generally cool color scheme consisting of white, gray, and black hues. Our supply chain team had their work cut out for them and were tasked with sourcing, fabricating, and supplying fourteen different stones from around the world. The stones were used for various applications, including flooring, cladding, decorative mosaics, vanities, and countertops throughout the two towers.

Final completion and handover is projected for summer or fall of 2017.
