Nine Orchard Hotel Begins To Take Shape
The much-anticipated historic renovation and conversion of the Jarmulowsky Bank Building in New York City continues to progress as the new boutique hotel begins to take shape.
Developed by DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, Nine Orchard will feature 116 guest rooms, multiple food and beverage options, and a swanky rooftop lounge for private events. The 12-story hotel will occupy the original building as well as a six-story addition utilizing the property next door.
Classic Stone is providing furnish & install services for the guest bathrooms. The scope of work, which is around 70% complete to-date, includes shower mosaics, thresholds, and marble vanity tops. The bathrooms, uniquely designed by Reza Nouranian Design, feature a trendy collection of black and white stones sourced from Spain and Greece.
Additional stonework packages for the public areas are currently under negotiation. The hotel is expected to welcome its first guests in 2020.
