Classic Stone LLC (Classic Stone) has been awarded an exterior stone contract for the new Capital One Center, an impressive 24.5-acre mixed-use urban redevelopment project in the center of Tysons, Virginia.

Designed by local landscape architect Parker Rodriquez, the grounds are beautifully appointed creating a walkable, urban destination with a neighborhood feel. Classic Stone is working with Ruppert Landscape, landscape contractor, to source and supply natural stone for phase two of the project, located at the cultural and social heart of the development’s mixed-use Block C. Throughout the area, granite stone will be used for a variety of applications, including seat wall veneers and caps, curbs, and risers.

Once complete, this incredible transformation will bring a vibrant community together with office, retail, dining, housing, community events, and a state-of-the-art performance hall.

Installation for this area is well underway with a completion date slated for mid-summer.
