A newly renovated lobby was recently completed at 310 E. 70th Street in New York. This prominent 12-story residential building is located near Central Park on the Upper East Side.
The talented designers at ALine Studio reinvented the space and created a lobby that is both trendy and timeless. Classic Stone worked closely with ALine providing flooring samples and recommendations during the design and specification phases.
Ultimately, a combination of gray and white marble was sourced and supplied from Turkey. While Tundra Gray dominates the scene, Vanilla Ice pairs perfectly to create the tile rug near the elevators and as a border in the mail room.
The lobby was unveiled to residents and guests in July, 2019.
