A renovation project was recently completed for a private residence located within the north tower of the iconic Time Warner Center in Manhattan.
Chelsea Atelier Architects designed an updated, contemporary home with high-end materials and finishes. The overall color scheme is cool with pops of color and unique patterns mixed in to brighten and enhance the space.
Blue De Savoie marble flooring from France was furnished and installed throughout the entry, kitchen, and living room. Large rectangle tiles were customized to the layout and heat mats were installed prior to laying the stone.
In addition to the flooring, Black Cosmic Galaxy granite was sourced from Brazil and installed for the wet bar, adjacent to the kitchen.
Final sizing and adjustments for all materials were completed at our local fabrication shop. The project was completed in the spring of 2019.
