After a seven month refurbishment and redesign, the Beverly Hills Hotel recently unveiled its newly renovated spa. Designed by award winning design firm, Champalimaud Design, the iconic spa was designed to maintain the hotels playful, chic vibe but with a fresh, modern feel for an enhanced guest experience.
Classic Stone provided guidance during the stone selection and specification process. While maintaining a more muted color palette, a white limestone was ultimately selected and used in various applications throughout the space.
The reception desk is cladded with carved limestone in our Riviera pattern, fabricated using CNC technology. Matching flooring tile was installed in a herringbone pattern in the reception and retail area. The same stone was integrated into the guest changing rooms for aesthetic continuity. The rooms feature limestone vanities, wall tiles, thresholds, bases and flooring tiles.
All materials were sourced and fabricated in Turkey. A dedicated quality control team was dispatched to ensure the expectations and standards of the Dorchester Collection were being met at all times.
The new spa officially opened in February, 2021.
