Canary Club is a trendy new restaurant and music venue that recently opened in New York’s Lower East Side. The bi-level space features a New Orleans-inspired restaurant on the ground floor and a live music lounge on the lower level.
Designed by Emily Frantz Design, the space is whimsical and energetic with a mix of vibrant colors, patterns, and eye-catching decor. Amidst all the pretty little details, you will find a unique selection of natural stone that helped bring this fun, creative design to life.
Classic Stone assisted Frantz during the material sampling and selection process. The flooring in the lower level features a pairing of white and reddish-pink marble tile in a checkerboard pattern for a vintage vibe. In addition to the flooring, custom marble table tops were produced at our local fabrication facility and are scattered throughout the restaurant and lounge. Both stones were sourced and supplied from Turkey.
Canary Club was named in “The 11 Most Beautiful Restaurants in America 2019” by Robb Report and was also recognized in Eater New York’s article “The Most Beautiful New Restaurants of 2019”.
