Union Trust Tower is an 18-story mixed-use commercial building located on the coast in the Marina District of Lusail City.
For the interiors, Classic Stone provided turnkey supply and installation services for the stoneworks. Beige and black marble, sourced from Spain and Italy, were used for wall cladding and skirting throughout the corridors of the building. A dark gray granite was used for the risers and treads in the stairways.
In addition to the interior works, granite was also sourced, supplied and installed for exterior applications, including entrance steps, ramps and decorative planter boxes.
The project was completed on schedule and the building opened in 2018.
