Classic Stone LLC (Classic Stone) is currently under contract to source and supply interior stone for the luxurious Amaris condominiums at The Wharf in Washington, D.C.

The 12-story, 96-unit condo building is part of the second phase of The Wharf development that has transformed the Southwest Waterfront into one of D.C.’s most sought after neighborhoods.

Designed by architect Rafael Viñoly with interiors by Thomas Juul-Hansen, Amaris is pure luxury with incredible views, high-end finishes and world-class amenities, such as an indoor saltwater lap pool, a spa suite and car elevator that will take vehicles to the underground garage.

During the stone selection process, Classic Stone worked closely with the design team at Thomas Juul-Hansen providing guidance and recommendations on various stone options for the lobby and residences. The current contract includes the lobby portion of the project, which will feature two Italian stones with a soft color palette of light blue, white and gray.

Production is underway and additional stone contracts for the residences are anticipated in the coming weeks.

Amaris at The Wharf is slated for completion in 2022.
